What is 360 People?

360 People is an online tool will support students in:

• Developing their self-awareness
• Improving their self-esteem
• Exploring how they are perceived by others
• Taking ownership and responsibility for who they are and who they want to be
• Using 21^st century technology – which they are familiar with – to provide evidence of their achievement and progress by uploading. photos, videos and text
• Developing strategies for using the internet and social networking sites safely.

It supports the schools by providing:

• A robust means of supporting the personal development of individuals
• A way of creating personalised groups to meet their analysed needs such as a Level 3 / 4 maths group; a Reading Recovery group; a gifted and talented maths group; a GCSE group etc
• Analysis of characteristic strengths and areas for development of cohorts within cohorts
• A way of providing valuable data for the SEF in particular in the following areas:
• Outcomes: how well are pupils doing taking account of any variation?
• How effective is the provision?
• How effective are leadership and management?
• A mechanism which automatically sends out questionnaires to children and parents and analyses the results
• A robust structure for connecting home and school
